Vaping is becoming a more popular trend across the country. A 2014 CDC survey — the most recent dataset available — estimates that 3.7 of adults in America use e-cigarettes daily. The Boulder County Hazardous Materials Management facility acts as a collection for the hazardous materials people use in their households. The center collects, separates and then safely disposes of chemicals, batteries and other items that are too dangerous to simply throw away.
